Meet The Movers

Crystal Speedling joined Unique Movers in 2016. She spends most of her work days doing something different, which is why the job is so fun! Crystal enjoys going to parades with the Unique Movers crew and seeing the happiness on her clients' faces after a move is finished.

One of her favorite memories of working at Unique Movers is helping Connor move a couch up a few stair flights. He made Crystal laugh so much that her mouth hurt more than her muscles!

Crystal grew up in Waconia and currently lives in Sartell. She has three siblings and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially playing volleyball.

Michaela Weber, our Administrative Assistant, has a fascinating background. She's been in the transportation business for quite a while - but her domain used to be the water, not the highway! Joining Unique Movers in 2024, Michaela brings a unique perspective as a travel lover, adding a touch of adventure to our team.

Michaela grew up in Delafield, WI, and now calls Foley home, where she resides with her husband and French Bulldog, Leinie. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks, spending time at the lake, and exploring local breweries!

Andy Poster has been making videos and photos for Unique Movers for a while now and has made the move to employee gracefully. He loves capturing memories of moves and showcasing their move in a cinematic way.

Andy grew up on a dairy farm near Royalton, which he hopes to own someday. In his free time, he enjoys sports like mountain biking and snowmobiling, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Jon Malikoski grew up wanting to set bones and restore movement as an orthopedic surgeon. Now, he sets appointments and expectations to help people move to the next phase of their lives or businesses! Becoming part of the Unique Movers team in 2024, he quickly found his niche.

Jon grew up in St. Cloud and now resides in Sartell. His tween daughter is his entire world. Jon enjoys building Legos and making crafts with her in his free time.

Logan Louangsyharaj has been moving boxes with the Unique Movers crew since 2021. After the people he moves, his favorite part of the job is getting to know the people on his team.

Logan grew up in St. Cloud and now lives in Rice. As a big family guy and former painter, Logan has a lot of patience and loves finding the joy in the little things. During his off days, he enjoys camping, fishing, and anything else outside, along with anything with a motor.

Micah Ganley joined Unique Movers in the summer of 2016. He safely moves and loads household and storage locker items and gets them to their new destination for clients. He’s even helped safely move a family from Rice, MN, to Michigan! Micah was recommended for this position by his cousin, Caleb Ganley. Micah is the guy who’s always willing to go the extra mile.

Micah grew up in St. Joseph and has done several interesting jobs, including helping demolish his old high school. In his free time, Micah enjoys basketball and disc golf.

Riley Pfeifer loves seeing clients' smiles after a successful move. Starting with Unique Movers in 2021, he makes loading and unloading trailers look easy. When he’s not lifting boxes, he likes to sing along to songs in the truck with his co-workers.

Riley grew up in Minneapolis and now lives in St. Cloud. Growing up, he dreamed of being a conservation officer with the Minnesota DNR, which means when he’s not working with the Unique Movers team, he's outdoors hunting and fishing as much as he can.

As you can tell by the last name, Carter Steen has been with Unique Movers since the beginning. Carter, the younger brother of owner Connor Steen, has been a go-to member of the team for years now. His favorite part of the job is the close friendships between co-workers.

Originally from St. Cloud, Carter wanted to enter law enforcement when he was growing up. When he’s not moving you from one home to another, Carter enjoys doing anything outdoors, including going to sprint car races, concerts, festivals, and other events.

Joe Barnett finds boxes entrancing. With Unique Movers, he’s found a fantastic employer. Taking the stress off of his customers is his favorite pastime, and seeing smiles is his reward.

Joe grew up in Minneapolis and now lives in St. Cloud. He was once a fermentation operator but is studying to become a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. When not moving boxes or studying, he enjoys being outdoors, traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with his three kids.

Dylan Retzlaf started with our team in 2023. Previously, he spent time climbing telecommunications towers for maintenance and installation. Now, he’s ready to climb 1000 flights of stairs, so you don’t have to!

Dylan lives in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He loves animals and hopes to meet your pets during the move. In his free time, he enjoys drawing and other artistic endeavors.

Tyler Johnson started working at Unique Movers in 2023. As a young man, Tyler dreamed of being a firefighter - which also involves quickly getting into and out of buildings!

Tyler grew up in Redwood Falls, Minnesota, and now lives in Sartell with his family. He enjoys fishing and hunting across this great state in his free time!

Colton Steen joined the Unique Movers team in 2023, following in the footsteps of his older brother, Connor. He enjoys working with his family.

Colton grew up in Glencoe and Holdingford, MN, and now lives in Sartell. When he’s not moving, he enjoys dirt track racing.

Brandon Dahl, a former volunteer firefighter, joined the Unique Movers team in 2024. Don’t worry - he won’t kick down your door to gain entry on moving day! Past moving experience includes removing snapping turtles from water pumps and moving his body at 3:00 AM to get to work at the age of 14.

Brandon is originally from Winsted, MN, but now lives in St. Cloud. His two-year-old daughter and fiancée are his entire world; he spends his free time outdoors with them.

Jordan Johnson joined the Unique Movers team in 2023. Coming from a family with a dry wit, his sense of humor found immediate traction among the team and clients.

Jordan is originally from Becker, MN, and now lives in St. Cloud. In his free time, he enjoys fishing.

Jackson Morrell joined the Unique Movers team in 2024. He grew up in Sartell as the youngest of three children before moving to Sauk Rapids. Previously, he moved products as a Walmart stocker.

Jackson dreamed of becoming a professional baseball player but now prefers throwing out a line to throwing a ball, as fishing is “all he wants to do if he’s not busy.”

Rice, Minnesota native John came aboard at Unique Movers in 2024. The father of two uses his “dad strength” at work to help move your heavy furniture and other items.

John wanted to be an astronaut growing up but now focuses on providing an out-of-this-world moving experience. The ex-teacher enjoys typical hobbies such as golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family in his free time.

Team member Riley grew up in the warmth of Florida before coming “up north” to Minnesota and brings that Sunshine State disposition to work at Unique Movers every day. You may not be moving as far away as Florida, but Riley’s ready to help!

Riley is a self-professed “Computer Nerd” and grew up wanting to be a game designer. In their free time, you can catch Riley playing games and spending time online!

Oshkosh, Wisconsin native Mason loves being outdoors. The former landscaper now lives in St. Cloud and works here on the Unique Movers team. The animal lover has a dog named Gunner and grew up wanting to be a veterinarian.

Mason may be a cheesehead by birth but enjoys typical Minnesota young-man hobbies in his free time: hunting, fishing, working out, and watching movies.

Adam has made the longest move of any Unique Movers team member: he grew up in Liberia before coming to Minnesota. Now living in Waite Park, Adam calls his family “my everything” and loves how funny and caring they are.

Adam grew up wanting to become an NFL player and is still pursuing that dream. He spends much of his free time working out at the gym when he’s not flexing his muscles at Unique Movers.

Team member Connor grew up in Brainerd and now lives in Sartell. Unique Movers is his first job, and he brings a strong work ethic that he learned from his hardworking family.

Connor grew up dreaming of becoming a police officer or a football player. The outdoorsman spends his free time hunting, fishing, or playing with his dog.

Quincy is one of the many fathers who make their living at Unique Movers. The St. Cloud lifer used to work a warehouse job before finding his home on our team. He grew up wanting to live life on the open road as a truck driver.

Quincy enjoys spending time with his “laid-back, chill” family and playing with his kids. Like many Unique Movers team members, he also frequents the gym in his free time.

Sauk Rapids native Jaden joined the Unique Movers team in 2025. He comes from a loving, loud, and loyal family and brings great energy and enthusiasm to every moving job he does. Before joining our team, he worked at a gas station.

Jaden grew up wanting to be a firefighter, but now he just brings that service spirit to your moves. When he has time and snow to spare, he enjoys hitting the slopes on his snowboard.
